Tuning

It is into February and this has been a 7 month effort. It is time to go in the water. This section will be organized and added later. Meanwhile, the Dummy Series has tuning information as the adventure into large fleet racing began back in 2000. This is not to put you off in a lurch but there is little innovation in tuning; it is a matter of understanding. The "doing" is easy after that.
